We pick up your delivery free of charge (in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Germany).

Diagnostics and data recovery itself commences immediately and with priority.

We work on your delivery NONSTOP, regardless of regular business hours, state holidays, weekends, etc. We may have several specialists working on your delivery, if necessary.

This mode is especially convenient for critical data recovery from failed RAID Disk Arrays and urgent data recovery from Hard Disk Drives (Harddisks, HDD).

Standard Data Recovery

The most frequent data recovery mode. Unless you specify otherwise, we process your delivery in this mode.

We pick up your delivery free of charge (in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Germany).

Economy Data Recovery

aka "Set the price yourself!"

For those cases when time does not matter and when price is the priority.

You inform us of the top price, you are willing to pay.

These deliveries have the lowest priority level and therefore the turnaround time is longer.

This mode can not be used on deliveries with high material demands.

Warning: If it is not possible to recover the data within your specified price range we will not complete the data-recovery process. Such delivery is then considered as un-realizable due to the customer. Also no discounts can be applied.
